Page 22 (or 24) contains Agent/Office Information and Consultant information
Customer to complete all fields for the Office Information including the brokers name and signature
Customer to insert ListingWare on the Consultant Name field
Customer to insert support@listingware.com on the Consultant Email Address field.
Only those two fields under the Consultant area required.
