Total Visits - gives you the total number of visits regardless of uniqueness. If I visit your site 4 different times today, it will count me as 4 visits. It is a traffic measurement. However, it could be one person creating all the traffic.
Unique Visitors - gives you the total number of actual people visiting per day. If I visit your site 4 times today, whether I'm a new visitor or a registered visitor, it will count me a 1 unique visit. This is more of a total number of people visiting your site.
New Visitors - of the unique visitors, this will display the number that haven't been to your site in the last 60 days.
Registered Leads - of the unique visitors, this will display how many actually registered for a HomeScanner account on your site.
